From Sacramento:
Take Highway 50 east past Placerville. Take the first Pollock Pines exit
and go left under the freeway then an immediate right on Pony Express
Trail. Go East on Pony Express about one mile and take a left on Blair
Road (look for the Ghost Mountain sign on the left hand side). Travel
about a mile on Blair (past the one-lane bridge) and take a left on Badger Hill
Road at the Ghost Mountain sign. Another mile down Badger Hill Road and
you're at the Reservations office, stop and check in.
From South Lake Tahoe:
Take Highway 50 west and exit at Sly Park Road. Go right on Sly park and
take an immediate left on Pony Express Trail. Travel West on Pony Express
about two miles and take a right at Blair Road (look for the Ghost Mountain sign
on the right). Travel about a mile on Blair (past the one-lane bridge) and
take a left on Badger Hill Road at the Ghost Mountain sign. Another mile
down Badger Hill Road and you're at the Reservations office, stop and check in. |
